DiPaD is a non-profit organization in Kenya that aims at empowering and building the capacity of communities to be able to proactively respond to social change. The organizations’ purpose is to empower communities for transformation change that seeks to create safe spaces for positive narrative on peace, governance, leadership, resilience and sustainability interventions for political and socioeconomic development.
Most of the work is carried out by DiPaD management staff and a group of experienced consultants who work with us on regular basis. We have an established database of specialist consultants in various work fields.
We have the ability to provide and support high quality programs that focuses on citizen participation on governance and devolution, women economic and political empowerment, Gender Based Violence, leadership development and mentorship for young people and children, workplace conflict resolution and stress management, peacebiulding and development, trauma awareness and resilience, organizational learning and development.
